As a person who has trouble digesting most vitamins and nutrients, I am always looking for gummies, which are easier on my stomach. Many have too much sugar, or too little of the particular nutrient I am looking for, and sometimes you can search the label all day and not see where the nutrient is in the product. I found these and bought a bottle. The potassium is spot on, and the magnesium isn't just a flicker of light on the horizon - it is there. I chose strawberry to start, but I will be trying their pineapple, too. Plus, these are affordable. Wiin-win

This Soursop has the recommended (by a Naturopath) mix of Graviola fruit and the leaf. It also contains Vitamin C. Having never tried Soursop, I was apprehensive about the taste. A quality soursop mix of the fruit and leaf should not be bitter. This Soursop from Lukaree is delicious! The flavor reminds me of sweet and tart cherries with a hint of vanilla. Very palatable. The dropper has measurements (up to 1 ml). I take 1 ml in the morning and one in the late afternoon. As with so many supplements, it's not easy to notice their effectiveness right away. But it's an easy and delicious way to get antioxidants, immune support and keep your gut bacteria on the right path.

I've tried 5-HTP, valerian root, and various melatonin doses. They have all helped, however they seem to wear off after about three or four hours. This root extract works much better at convincing me that it's time to go to bed and when I go to bed, I get better quality sleep for the duration before the alarm clock goes off. It helps to turn off that part of the brain that wants to rescue the world and it allows you to just relax and go to bed and get to sleep that you need. Get your sleep. It's not your job to save the world.

These drops taste really good; but, more importantly, they give me great energy!
