This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on all orders

Typically, all orders will be processed to ship within 48 hours. and the average shipping time for domestic orders in the US will be 5-8 business days. All tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed and shipped.

 

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on The day and the frequency selected in your account setting.

Combined shipping of separate subscription orders is currently only available for subscription orders set to ship within 24 hours of one another. Please note, that orders can only be combined if using the same shipping address and payment record.

Item substitutions can be made up to 5 days before the shipment date.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries. 

 

 Free standard shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

- All orders will be processed to ship within 2 business days.

- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.

- You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order ships.

- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to be available.

- We cannot ship to P.O. Box Addresses. All orders require a verifiable physical shipping address.

- It may take up to 10-30 business days for international orders to be delivered outside the US.

- Expedited shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout, and will vary based on final destination to provide the lowest currently available shipping rate.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

if delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
