This saw palmetto based supplement came in gummy form, in a plastic bottle with 60 gummies in it. The gummies are actually shaped like gummy bears. The suggested serving size is 2 gummies per day which makes this bottle a 30-day / 1-month supply. Each gummy contains vitamins, minerals and plant based extracts like vitamin C, zinc, selenium, pumpkin seed extract, cranberry extract, turmeric, black pepper extract and more. The gummies are soft to chew and easy to consume without water.
I ordered these on a whim after scrolling through reviews for hours one night. What appealed to me was the blend of ingredientssome Id used before in other products, and some I was curious about. Im in my late 30s and starting to notice little things with my energy and general balance, so I figuredwhy not give it a try?
The gummies feel like a small treat I look forward to in the morning. No chalky aftertaste, and I like that I dont need a glass of water or food to take them. It makes them easy to stick with, even on busy mornings when Im rushing out the door with just coffee in hand.
Its also reassuring that its plant-based and doesnt have any added sugar. I try to be mindful of hidden sugars in my day, and this checked that box. I keep it on my kitchen counter, and the bottle designs not embarrassing either.
I take saw palmetto regularly for prostate health, but I generally don't like having to take pills, so it's nice to find supplements I take in a gummy format. While this technically is saw palmetto, it also has additional supplements so make sure this fits your needs, it does add zinc, selenium, biotin, and vitamin C and then some supplements as well. The dose of saw palmetto is typical at 500mg. The shelf life of these is listed as two years, the bottle I received has an expiration date of 3/27, so actually a little less than 2 years, more like a 1 year and 3/4. Overall a nice alternative to the typical capsule format.
Pleasant taste. Chew-able, but also quick to dissolve. Good packing and a good size for the price. Not sure about long term effects, but so far no downsides to note.

The gummies themselves are not unpleasant and even surprisingly they have a bite to them. I would say not a medicinal tastes but one youll know right away that these arent candy. Theres a sweet component and then the other I cant put into the right words but I like them. 60 15 in one complex herbal sourced and produced at of Texas gummies for under $20 bucks will last me a month. Good amount of time to try and decide if this formula and method are right for me. and yes I can taste the sugar free raspberry flavor.
